At the moment in which we send you the GUTsy Captain products, you receive an email with the tracking number and the link of the transport company. By clicking on this link, you will be able to track your order and know exactly where it is at all times. You should also receive notifications directly from the carrier.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OR BILLING ADDRESS OF AN ORDER?

If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order. We cannot accept retutn of the product due to hygenic measures.

The GUTsy Captain online store was designed and developed so that you can easily and quickly find and buy the products you are looking for and make your purchase without delay or hassle.

To buy your healthy drinks for the gut, all you have to do is:

1 - Find the product you want. Either in the menu or in the search bar and clicking on it.

2 - Add the product or products to the cart.

3 - Enter the shopping cart.

You will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that the products are reserved for you. As soon as we ship, you will receive another email with more detailed information, including the carrier's tracking code.

Shipping costs are free for orders over £30. For orders less than £30, shipping costs are £2.99 . Deliveries take between 24/48 hours after sending the order.

The means and delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. The dates shown are for guidance only. Any delay in the shipment of the articles, since the dates presented are merely indicative, does not entitle the Client to any type of compensation.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is necessary that someone is at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include the option to receive prior notice, so the delivery of the order will be made without the need for prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period of time during promotions, sales, Christmas and out-of-stock periods.

HOW DO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WORK?
