Our Kombuchas are 100% authentic as we use a natural fermentation process, with SCOBY – live culture of bacteria and yeast. We use green tea and cane sugar. All ingredients are 100% Natural and BIO. In the fermentation process, sugar is reduced by the SCOBY and enzymes and antioxidants are produced. At the end of fermentation, we add the natural flavors.
